This position is responsible for the management of select OSHA, HVAC, Logistics or Facility Management projects: This includes leading or providing oversight of assigned subcontractors completing various projects objectives and goals concerning contracting, scheduling, coordination, estimating, major material procurement, and taking appropriate actions to ensure subcontractors fully understand the overall projects and are completed
on time, within budget and with defined resources, while ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
The Project Manager works in coordination with construction leadership to ensure the Client's complete satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Effectively participate with site visits and the bid team in the estimating/job acquisition process • Prepare and monitor project start-up, checks (with COR and subcontract leads), and contract closeout • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with field trade personnel, construction managers, general contractors, and sub-contractors • Communicate with superintendents/foremen to discuss such matters as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems and to ensure adequate supervision on the project • Conduct consistent/regular job site visits • Develop and oversee change orders, negotiations, etc. • Develop and oversee project budgeting, cost projecting, and reporting • Ensure billing submittals and collections are done timely and accurately • Assure all documentation is prepared, maintained, and submitted timely and appropriately for each project assigned • Monitor, evaluate, and manage project and document control • Escalate critical and/or sensitive project issues to Senior Management with recommendation for resolution • Attend project meetings as required • Ability to travel through assigned territories

Education/Experience Requirements
Minimum five (5) years project management experience, ideally in Facility, Logistics, or HVAC Management.
• College degree preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Proficient computer skills
• HVAC license
• Minimum five (5) years Facility Management experience
• Two (2) – Five (5) years Logistics Management
